Every EPDM membrane we offer here at RubbaSeal comes with an impressive product warranty to give you complete peace of mind: 20 years as standard for the 1.2mm (045) and 1.52mm (060) membranes, and 25 years for our 2.6mm Fleece Backed membrane (TF045). Membrane life expectancy is over 50 years!

EPDM membranes represent far better value for money than most other flat-roofing solutions: EPDM rubber roofs are much more durable and weather-resistant, and are far easier and safer to install than typical, older, bitumen-based systems – no hot works required, simply apply using our range of TRC adhesives.
