If your roof has a vent or drain, an EPDM drain outlet or pipe boot is needed.

Our EPDM drain outlets and pipe boots ensure a watertight seal on roof vents and drains: their durability and weather resistance mean they’re perfect for creating a watertight seal when used in conjunction with TRC EPDM primer.

What are EPDM drain outlets/pipe boots?
Drain outlets and pipe boots are required when vents/pipes are present on the roof where the EPDM is being applied. As these details are exposed to the elements, our EPDM drain outlets and pipe boots have been designed with attached flashing which, when using our Techno EPDM primer, will create a watertight seal between the EPDM membrane and the drains/vents.
