Pipe Boot
The Pipe Boot Seal is designed for integrating pipework up to a diameter of 150mm. This type of seal is a fire resistant, watertight and durable roofing solution. For quick and easy installation, the pipe boot is self-adhesive, and it is recommended to slide the pipework through post-installation. Techno Primer is required with this pipe boot, which is supplied with a stainless-steel jubilee clip.
Installation Tips
It is usually easier to adhere the membrane to the roof, then slide the pipework through afterwards and seal. If pipework is too close to a wall, 9"" flashing tape and Techno Primer can be used as an alternative.
