Laying Membrane Installation Guide

Step-by-step guide on laying our Techno EDPM Membrane for your next rubber roofing project.

	Step 1 Ensure deck is dry and clean.
	Step 2 Position membrane on the roof and allow it to relax for 30-45 minutes: allow slightly longer in colder temperatures.
	Step 3 Fold back one half of the rubber and apply an even coat of water-based adhesive to the deck, using a roller and sleeve. For best results, it is essential that the water based deck adhesive is thoroughly stirred with a paddle stirrer prior to use.
	Step 4 Mate the rubber to the adhesive immediately, and use a soft broom to sweep out any air bubbles.
	Step 5 Repeat the process for the other side.
	Step 6 Thoroughly sweep roof.
