Dormer Roof Kits
This Flat Roof Kit is for Dormer Roofs where the long edge has a gutter and the other long edge runs under tiles.
Important information: Kit sizes are displayed as Depth x Width.
Included in Kit:
- 1.2mm thick TRC EPDM Membrane (Size as per roof kit chosen)
- Water Based Adhesive to adhere membrane to the timber roof deck
- Spray Contact adhesive to adhere Membrane underneath tiles at the back of the roof.
- Gutter trim for long front edge
- Edge Trim for both side edges
- 2 x External Edge Trim Corners
- External corner patches & primer for both back corners where roof meets house/brickwork
- Roller & Sleeve, Scissors, Paint Brush
- All Pins and Clips to go with Trims
The membrane size will be the same as the kit size. Therefore your roof size will need to be smaller to allow for edge overlaps. e.g. 6m x 3m roof kit will fit a roof that is no larger than 5.7m x 2.7m.
