A TRC EPDM Roof Kit for free-standing garden rooms where the gutter runs along the long edge.
Important information: Kit sizes are displayed as Depth x Width.
Included in Kit:
- 1.2mm thick TRC EPDM Membrane (Size as per roof kit chosen)
- Water Based Deck Adhesive for bonding to the timber roof deck
- Edge Trim for 3 sides
- Gutter Trim for 1 long side
- 4 x External Trim Corners
- Roller & Sleeve, Scissors
- All Pins and Clips to go with Trims
The membrane size will be the same as the kit size. Therefore your roof size will need to be smaller to allow for edge overlaps. e.g. 6m x 3m roof kit will fit a roof that is no larger than 5.7m x 2.7m.
