Metal Edge Trim
These trims are often used to terminate on the outer edge of a parapet wall instead of a coping stone. Plastisol coated metal. All fixings are supplied.
50mm horizontal and a choice of either 75mm (3”) or 100mm (4”) depth.
Install membrane, secure trim through the horizontal face using screws and seal with Techno primer and 6” Cover Tape. Primer is required with the Cover Tape.

Step 1Install a 2" x 1" batten to the roof perimeter, level with roof deck. |

Step 2Once the membrane is installed, push down on the edge trim. |

Step 3Fix in place using the supplied polypins. |
 |
Step 4Trim any excess rubber with a sharp blade. |
 |
Step 5Please allow 5mm gap between trims for expansion and contraction. |
