Gutter Trim
Used to mechanically fix the membrane on the gutter side and allow the water to drain over. Predrilled with all fixings and clips supplied. The trim is comprised of two identical pieces.
The Gutter Trim is 2500mm in length with a depth of 70mm.
Available in Black, Anthracite and White.

Step 1Install a 2" x 1" batten to the roof perimeter , level with roof deck. |

Step 2Install the base plate as shown, 5mm below the deck using plain nails. |

Step 3Adhere membrane and dress over the base plate. |
 |
Step 4Pull rubber taut and install top plate as shown, secured with polynails. |
 |
Step 5Trim any excess rubber with a sharp blade. |
 |
Step 6Please allow a 5mm gap between trims for expansion and contraction. |
